Crystal Chauffeurs are a family run business that started in the chauffeur industry in the year of 1983. My father decided to set up a taxi company after selling his Jewellery business that was also a family trade. With no knowledge but a very strong passion for car's my father did really well in the vehicle hire industry.

My friend ordered a Bentley to pick her up from her house and take her to the church which was a 10 minute drive from her home. The car was booked to take take people from the church to the reception which was 6 minutes away. The car was booked for 3 hours. It did not turn up at the house. It arrived at the church when the service had already started. It took the bride and groom to the reception came back to the church and went back to the reception. It then vanished. It was meant to come back to the church to pick up other guests but went back to Cambridge. I was the best man and left outside

The organising was quick and straight forward, with a final confirmation phone call a couple of days before. Everything was easy and all communication was friendly and professional. This was only beaten by the driver who was friendly and polite, he made sure we were all settled and comfortable in the car and gave a very smooth drive while the Bride's family enjoyed the champagne

Such an amazing experience and very well treated. They make you feel welcomed and help you out when needed. Highly recommended company to use as you couldn’t find anything better.
