Our accident repair centre was an addition to Cambridge Garage in 2006. In 2015 the accident repair centre relocated to is new premises in Wallington Industrial Estate, Fareham and in 2019 we opened our Chandlers Ford premises. Our repair centres are fully equipped with all the latest technology and management tracking systems.
The repair industry has totally changed from the days of having panels beaten out. With complicated safety systems, lighting systems and active braking components which many vehicles are now fitted with as standard, if your vehicle is not repaired correctly to the manufacturer's strict repair methods you are risking effectiveness of your vehicle safety system and your own safety.

We had an accident 18 months ago, rear end shunt, and the repair was excellent, impossible to tell that there had been any damage. This week one of the reversing sensors fell back into the bumper and it was impossible to locate and replace back in the housing so my husband rang Cambridge who suggested he take the car in straight away. On arriving the technicians were extremely helpful and took the car off for inspection. After a very short period the car was returned with the sensor in place. It was pointed out that the bumper had probably had a slight accident causing the sensor to fall off. The

Very happy with the repairs, however not very happy with the service i received. Several different completion dates and lots of excuses. Then eventually after 10 weeks of them having my car i went to collect it and found there was damage to the paintwork on two driver side doors so had to leave it there again for another 2 days for them to rectify the damage.

I was authorised to use this Company by my insurers for an auto repair. I must say by first contact by phone, handing over and finally collecting my car I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I was handed over a courtesy car promptly similar to my own car and it was a pleasure to drive.
When I collected my car it was handed over promptly with no bother whatsoever. I was amazed to find that my car had been valetted inside and out, I have never experienced this in my life.
I have no problem recommending this Company to anyone that requires high grade repairs and professional treatment

Insurance job, front bumper replacement following little accident. No complains there job seems to be done profesionally and without delays. I found the whole process easy, ladies in the office nice and professional. Although I found my car slightly damaged (rear door chipped) the manager handled it professionally, appologised and the scuff was repaired without any fuss and in timely manner. The exterior was washed before being handed over. Only negative point is that the interior was left dusty and handprints left in some places. All in all good experience with Cambridge ARC and I am sattisfied

My 69 plate Mercedes CLA was smashed into head-on by a neighbour after just 2 months of ownership. Cambridge Accident Repair Centre did a phenomenal job on the repairs, especially as it's such a complex car.
When it was returned to me, there were a couple of very minor tweaks that needed rectifying before I was totally happy with it. However, this review remains at 5 stars because of how efficiently and professionally they handled this. It shows their competence as a business at being able to satisfy a customer if they are not completely happy with something.

Usually I'm one to avoid reviewing things, but I knew I had too after the amazing service I had at the centre a few days ago. I came in quite distressed about getting my car fixed as I was so upset it got damaged in the first place. The staff were amazing and very welcoming so I felt at ease leaving my vehicle there. They managed to fix my car within the day and I was back on the road once again! Honest, genuine repair centre that I will be definetely recommending! thanks again :)
