Popped into B&C Coachworks as I had an issue with my bumper on my Fiat 500. Dudley came out to inspect my car and fixed the issue immediately. First class service!

Very poor customer service had to be asked for my details over and over again... told i will be called back on numerous occasions but it never happens.

Unprofessional, disorganised and dishonest. When I chased them for an update (estimate 2-3 working days, was 8 in the end) I was told they'll give me a call once done, which never happened. Then the owner blamed me for picking the car up late and was extremely unfriendly, he also accused me of being rude when I simply stated the facts. Ridiculous!
Only giving two stars because the repair itself is satisfactory.

From time to time I have used B&C Coachworks for 35 years. Chris is always sympathetic and does a first class job. Whether you drive a Mini or a Porsche their work is always first class.
