*Sad to say I have had to edit this since a new staff member started. Hit and miss now. Extremely rude and impatient member of staff who really spoils an otherwise amazing shop and service! Great shame!
I love that these guys are local to me. Always so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for my daughter's first birthday balloons! They made a big difference to her day! She adored them and in these tricky times we all need a bit of fun and brightness!

Decided last minute that I wanted birthday balloons for someone special. Looked everywhere and was about to give up when I randomly saw The Balloon works. So I had a look and it was the only option where I can place an order on Saturday and get it delivered on Monday! The price for balloons were amazing and even price for delivery was reasonable considering it was so last minute. Quality was amazing and delivery driver was so fun and friendly! I’m really happy with my experience and would recommend this company to everyone!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered some balloons for next day delivery for my son's birthday. My husband had booked us a table and we needed to leave at 1045 am. The balloons were due to be delivered between 10 & 2. I contacted Laura who was so helpful and the balloons were delivered early. Laura even called to say they were on their way and would be with us in 5 minutes.

Really happy with the balloon bouquet I bought for my kid for Halloween. They did a great job adapting their standard order for me (more green, no scary stuff). He also loved the candy bag that we added on. Their balloons last a long time. It's been almost a week and both the latex and mylar balloons are still looking perky.

Great stock of balloons here, and friendly service that means you don't have to hunt for ages for the one that you want. I just named two things my daughter liked, and within a couple of minutes, the appropriate balloons were inflated, paid for, and on their way to a happy two-year-old girl.
Parking near the shop is easy to find (it was on a Friday morning, at least) and free.

If you are having a party and are looking for balloons then this is the place to come too. They have got a huge variety of different types of balloons, for all types of occasions, which they will inflate for you. Also, if you provide them with a logo, they will print this on to balloons. I had this done for a work event and it provided a really nice touch. They also stock other party related things (fireworks, cards, confetti etc). Definitely a good place to come if you are organising a party.
