If you need your balloons delivered at a specific time, then please do give us a call and speak to a member of the team. Helium filled foil balloons last up to one week, and bubble balloons last even longer, so it is possible for example to choose delivery on a Friday for an event on Saturday. Standard 11 confetti will float 4 - 6 hours.
Latex balloons only last for the day that they are delivered, so you must order them for delivery on the day of your event. Foil balloons last up to one week. They will go softer each day, but certainly be suitable for the next day. If you order flat latex balloons from The London Balloon Shop and fill with Hi-Float liquid, before inflation, then the helium will last approximately three days.

Terrible experience, ordered some balloons for an 18th birthday party. They delivered them and they were not the correct balloons which I paid for, and the arrangement looked cheap, and I felt ripped off. The day after the women was rude to me on the phone and said that's what I ordered. She then called me back 20 minutes later and admitted that they had made a mistake, and said "well what do you want me to do about it!" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and company.
