Great little place. Stayed on the top floor and was just what we needed. Compact little room that had everything we needed. Toilet, shower and double bed. Tea coffee making facilities and even bottle opener. Host even helped with the parking tickets.

Very small. Not soundproof at all between rooms. Great location altho noisy at weekends. Nice staff. Comfy bed.

Excellent stay for the marathon, lee was so friendly, room was cosy, a short walk to the beach and bars and shops, lee left good luck notes for my partner scott for the run up to the marathon and chocolates for after he completed the run. would definitely recommend a stay here. Room cleaned daily,

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Lee the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful and friendly. Great having a room with a bath in it. It was my husband’s birthday and she left 3 pots of chocolates for him. Great location Will definitely go back.

Cheap cheerful guesthouse. Owner Lee texted with regular up dates and where to park and how we could purchase a parking permit from Lee. We stayed in room 6 on the second floor. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was made fresh each day with fresh towels. In our room we had a shower and are own toilet. When we ever meet Lee in the guesthouse she would ask where OK and did need anything. Pink Pavilion is less than ten minutes to the seafront. Two minutes walk to loacl bars, coffee shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable break

Cheap and cheerful. Very close to the centre and seafront and lovely owners. Odd that the showers are in the bedrooms but a good find for a short break.

Had a beautiful stay over the back holiday didn't want to go home.rooms very clean and up to date loved the art work on walls in corridors. Lee was very nice she helped with me and my daughters needs .I would recommend the pink palivion to my friends and family. See you soon .
