Neston Nomads Football Club was official formed in 1983. After sometime and many hours of football, in 2015 Neston Nomads FC obtained the FA Charter Standard Community Club Status. Ever since the beginning, inspirational coaches took the reins of many great teams and steered them to victory. Even now many years later Neston Nomads Football Club, are coaching and nurturing the future stars of the football world.
Mike Moss has dedicated many hours to Neston Nomads Football Club, and continues his hard work not only behind the scenes, but face to face promoting teams across all age groups. Mike has seen the club go from strength to strength through organising events such as Neston Nomads Summer Tournament. Meet our Vice Chairman Paul Davis, he supports Bruce, our chairman, with the day to day running of club, but also manages a Neston Nomads Youth Team.
Here at Neston Nomads FC we coach players of all ages and abilities, we provide a safe and friendly environment to help them to learn, to grow and to achieve their maximum potential while most importantly having fun. Our club is inspired and guided by the FA's England DNA and we deliver age-appropriate coaching to support long- term player development.
Our development centre, is a great opportunity to give your child time with quality coaches that will provide them with a kickstart to their footballing career. Our development centre is the foundation to the club and the breeding ground for great footballers of the future. We have many coaches on hand to give your child the opportunity to learn key skills, that will develop them into fantastic all rounded players.
Neston Nomads first introduced a football development pathway for young players over the age of 16 in 2008 to give younger players a safe and monitored route into adult football. It was found that players guided through under 18's football through to U21 football developed and prepared themselves properly for Adult football and the numbers of players that were retained by the club that carried on playing football regularly increased.
