V&L Sheet Metal Solutions are a sheet metal fabrication and consultation business located in the Telford, Shropshire. We were established in 2005 and have over 40 years of commercial experience. Our main focus is to produce high quality parts, on schedule, and at competitive rates. We are flexible enough to produce large numbers of parts extremely quickly, or small batch runs.
We have supplied parts for some of the most iconic building projects in recent times, including the Burj Khalifa, Palm Island and the Dubai International airport. We are also a tier 2 automotive supplier and an approved supplier to Tata UK. All our facilities are geared towards low cost production using modern CNC equipment.

Services
For many years V&L Sheet Metal have worked on a wide variety of projects for both individuals and large corporations. We utilise high end machinery and high quality materials, and take pride it what we produce. Whether we make a single part or multiples of 10,000 each one has to meet our strict standards on quality.
We provide CNC punching and bending facilities using highly accurate and reliable equipment (Wiedemann C2000q, Rainer 2026) punching up to 3mm thick. We can also bend up to 3.1 metres in all axis (Adira QHD 2512PLS, Pullmax EKP-CNC 100, Adira QH3020). We extensively use state of the art software including Lantek Expert Punch & SOLIDWORKS(R) 3D CAD to give us cost effective manufacturing.
All our facilities are geared towards low cost production using modern CNC equipment. We use the latest software to take your existing designs and use them with maximum efficiently. We serve a broad spectrum of industries and extend consultation services along each step to provide the best possible solution for your project needs.
