Services
Three time served sheet metal workers John Jenkins, Bill Jones and Bob Morrall originally founded 'Radiator Shaping Services' back in 1967. In those days it was known as and specialised in shaping central heating radiators to fit otherwise inaccessible spaces such as bay windows.
Over time, this led to a focus on fabrication and working with sheet metal, and the standards of craftsmanship being applied were so high that we soon attracted the attention of leading names in the automotive industry of the time, including Rolls Royce and Jensen Motors.

By bringing services such as design, laser cutting, welding, forming, bonding and polishing together under one roof we can offer an in-house service in which every aspect of delivery has the same Radshape promise of quality. From the first enquiry to a completed order, we liaise closely with each client to ascertain their needs, create a plan for delivery and then produce exactly what is being asked for.
We have the facilities to accommodate for a wide range of clients needs, no matter what stage a project has reached when they come to us. Some clients arrive with an initial concept or rough drawing, which we then hand over to our CAD/CAM team - who create a detailed 3D design.
Others arrive with a more detailed plan and we work closely with them, utilising our factory floor experience and time-served expertise to refine and improve the design until it delivers exactly what they are looking for.

We offer the full in-house manufacturing service from initial concept, through design and prototyping and on to manufacture meaning that we can work with clients no matter what stage a project is at when they first come to us. If a requirement is still little more than an initial concept then we liaise closely with clients, working with them and applying our expertise and experience in order to turn a concept into a detailed CAD/CAM plan.
Our purpose built facility boasts two highly advanced lasers manufactured by leading names in the field Trumpf and Amada. Both of these lasers can be self-fed, which means that we have the ability to deliver laser cutting 24 hours a day, something which is vital when a client comes to us with a large order or one which needs turning round at speed.
