My name is Annabel and I am a Massage Therapist with a background in Health and Social Care. I have a love of all things Spa and Massage. My particular interests lie in anatomy, physiology, psychology, the effects of stress on the body and natural skincare. I have a passion for helping people to understand and be aware of what is going on with their bodies in terms of muscle aches, pain and stress.

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange payment and complete your order. An easy to follow step by step guide as an emailed PDF document, complete with pictures and instructions to help you carry out an effective massage. Includes text and email support if needed. Please note this is only available for existing clients as we require your consultation forms and treatment notes to be able to effectively and safely help.

Superb! I took my 35 year old son there for a massage, as a birthday treat. As well as having an amazing Thai massage, I spent the whole hour in which I was waiting for him, talking to the rest of the staff about Thailand, a country that I love and visit as often as I can afford. Lovely people, as are the Thai people in general, and life here in the UK has done nothing to dampen their friendliness. Thanks for a wonderful hour, both from my son and myself!
