Having raced a number of sprint races without an oil cooler when this customer brought the car to Abbey it was immediately apparent that an oil cooler was top of the list. It is imperitive when preparing a car for track that it is safe and healthy and maintained that way.

Between us, we have over 100 years' experience of high performance automotive tuning and engineering - for both road and track.
We have an in-house 2wd and 4wd Dynapack Hub Dynamometer with a purpose built, remote controlled air induction and extraction system - capable of over 2,000 BHP. Dyno run: To establish how the car is running and gain base data - this identifies areas for possible improvements with fine tuning. Tuning: Check and tune your after-market ECU to ensure you're hitting those targets and getting the most from your car.
We are able to provide engine rebuilds - from an engine refresh to a complete custom high horsepower unit to suit your needs. We can supply all parts for your rebuild too. Refreshing the bottom-end of an engine can add many years to its life, and even find increases in horsepower and performance, not to mention give you added peace of mind.

I’ve had various works big and small completed here. All have been quality work. You cannot fault them for their knowledge and experience on the RB engine.
I need to give a special mention to Scott for dealing with my tedious questions. Always provided me a professional response, options and routes for upgrades and repairs. Very knowledgeable! Although sometimes he can be on the slow side for replying, he always keeps you in the loop. Very pleased with his service!
On the remap side, I’ve had my Skyline

Just had my R32 GTR done by Abbey MotorSport. Very pleased with the service provided. They sorted out several issues including a bad MAF sensor and a broken heater, and also did a cam belt replacement & wheel alignment amongst other things.
I was was kept informed along the way of the progress, cost & probable completion timescale, and all done at a fair price. Will be using Abbey again for my other cars very soon.

Amazing service from these guys, they are true professionals in their craft.
Sourced new parts for me, fixed my Damper Control Unit, shaved down my arches, re-threaded a wheel bolt (which another company messed up), cannot fault them and very reasonable too!!!!

If like me, you are torn between using these or Horsham, I strongly urge you to use the latter. I’ve used Horsham in the past, they were friendly, helpful and overall the service was excellent. Due to Abbey being more local to me, I thought I’d give them a try. Wish I hadn’t bothered! They were rude, arrogant and gave extremely poor customer service

I took my Gt86 to Abbey to have an EL manifold and tune and am very happy with the result and the service received. They talked me through the mapping choices, let me witness a dyno run and explained what work had been completed. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable!

Recently bought a Nissan 350z, took it straight to Abbey Motorsports for a P3 service, Spark plug change and Aux belt change. Communication was great, checked all my MOT advisory notes on the car also found a few issues and let me know what needed to be done, what could wait. Ended up getting more work done plus they managed to find me battery and brake fluid covers and surrounds as well! Scott was absolutely great in every way, can’t recommend them enough, too professionals, experts at what they do. My car drives like a dream now!
