Choosing frames that are right for your face is important if you want to look great in your glasses. Two of the most important considerations you have to make are that your frames complement your face shape and hair colour. Don't panic though - help is at hand from the friendly team at Blink Opticians.
A round face is free of angles with an equally proportioned width and length - frames with a narrow angular shape will help define your face making it appear thinner and longer. The oval face is classed as the perfect face shape, with perfectly balanced proportions. Really, any shape of frame will look good.
Myopia simply means short sight. This Myopia happens when light from an object forms an image before it reaches your retina. This could happen because your eye is too long, or your cornea or crystalline lens bends the light too steeply. A person with myopic vision can see clearly when looking at objects that are close to them, but has blurred vision when looking at distant objects.

What a great place to have your eyes sorted out! The guys are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough first in the eye examination and then in choosing the right pair of glasses. I really enjoyed their friendly service and I'm looking forward to seeing them again on my next year's visit. The most important - I can see properly at last, thank you! 😁

I did some research and decided to give Blink a try and have been really happy with the outcome.
The eye examination was very thorough, with a full gamut of tests - including pressure & visual field tests - crucially important if you have elevated eye pressures (ocular hypertension), glaucoma, etc.

The place is run by 2 extremely friendly and competent women. I went with my husband for an eye check, they were very thorough, very professional. We then bought our glasses, and again, we got very professional advice about the material of frames which would be the most suitable but also about the style which would fit us the best without being too pushy.

I bought three pairs you this month. All are super. I took ages to decide! Both ladies rock! I got stunning rimless half the price of well known opticians. So light and lovely. I've been with Blink for last three lots of new glasses, all I've loved. I strongly recommend the choice in there. I won't go anywhere else now. Fabulous service from Blink Opticians, after quite a run in with a high street favourite.
From the start the service here was amazing and friendly. Despite my issues with the other store, they were absolutely confident they could sort my prescription.
I had 2 great pairs made up with reactions and they’re both amazing, crystal clear vision.
Just popped in to thank them and mentioned it posted about them in Facebook, but I did it on my own page.
Just found their website so posted again.
Fabulous service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
