I go here all the time and the staff are always so friendly and professional. I had my shellac extensions done here for Christmas and they looked brilliant. Pedicures are also great as is the waxing service. All very good value. Thank you!

UPDATE: If you want a shellac that lasts more than 10 days, do not go here. after 10 days 5 nails have all chipped, and completely come off the nail. Honestly the worst.
My shellac lasted 4 days!!!!
The customer service at this nail shop was good and friendly.
But I got a manicure and shellac polish ...... and it last 4 days!!! I did not do anything to shorten the time length of the shellac eg, washing up, cleaning, long bath. 4 days and it started peeling. I now have few nails with no nail varnish, and i paid £30.
It is lock down so I cannot go back, and to be honest I do not want to go back

Critical: Quality
Thirty eight pounds for manicure and pedicure but the technician thought it would be good idea to use old nail enamel (and recharge it with some substance right in front of me) to do the service. More than one month ago but my nails are still peeling off in layers.
Never again.

Gel removal.... wow shoddy! I can only echo what people say on here about the service: unfriendly and just generally awful! Gel removal left without nails smoothed out properly. Had to re-do the smoothing myself at home. It was poor, I was not impressed.

Sad to say I had an awfully experience here. The nail technician I had was horrendously rude. The person doing my nails piled on so much polish that my nails look clumpy and out of shape. My nails are smudged and didn’t dry. The prices don’t match what’s outside the shop, they are extortionate and a scam. It says gel infills are £23 but the lady had the cheek to charge me over 30 pounds. My nails look absolutely awful & the customer service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away for your own good!

Affordable services done to a good standard but Ive found the staff to be generally unfriendly and in one particular experience of mine, actually unkind. (I struck up a friendly conversation with my nail tech and one of the women in the shop said to her colleagues in front of me that I was flirting with him but I'm too old for him.. then later on suggested to me sarcastically that he could teach me Vietnamese.. it was a crazy!) Would recommend keeping to yourself if you want to utilize their cheap manicure/pedicures! I've been coming here for two years, but I'll never go back. I

Very efficient service, lots of colours to choose from and the lady that did mine (Linh?) was very friendly. I had gel nails and toes done in 45 mins which is perfect for lunch time. £20 for gel nails and £25 for gel toes which is great value and they guarantee them for 2 weeks as well which is amazing. Thank you, I will be back!

Really good nail salon. Staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable. I can afford to always have my nails looking great. I usually have gel on my nails and normal nail polish on my toes, which lasts 3 weeks. Costs my 55 pounds - excellent value for money.😊

I have been visiting this nail bar on Fortune Street for years and have never had a pleasant experience with surly staff not making any effort to get to know customers or even recognise them. The place is very run down and dirty with old fashioned equipment and uncomfortable chairs to sit during a manicure. The manicures and pedicures are not top rate with the shellac often peeling within days. The staff never apologise for the shoddy work or offer to re-do the peeling nail/s complimentary. The only redeeming feature is that nail bar never turns customers away always fitting them in but without

I had been here several times over the last few years but today was my last straw I was quoted a price for mani pedi with shellac £55 then when she went to put normal polish on after she completed my pedi the price suddenly went up as she didn't understand or "no speak English" I just got really fed up and decided to just leave with no polish on my toes and they still had the cheek to make me pay for a full pedi there was no apology and she did a rubbish job anyway the place is dirty and they speak in Thai about the clients sneakily laughing at people it's just so rude the

Absolutely Awful! I never want to set foot in here again. I went in to inquire about waxing services, which I have never had done before and felt quite shy. They spoke to me infront of all staff and customers, including men, and when I started getting upset staff began pulling faces at me and speaking and laughing in Chinese. A lady told me to wait so she could walk me to another branch then left me standing there with everyone staring at me. I was so upset and embarrassed I just left. She then followed me down the street even after I told her twice I didn't want the service anymore.

There are 2 locations for this salon - one on whitecross st and one on fortune st. Neither are very nice. I've been several times, only because you can always get in without an appointment for those pedicure emergencies.

I actually don't think this place is that cheap - a gel mani or pedi + soak off costs the same as it does up the road at Hula nails (which has 10000000x better service and atmosphere).

The last time I was here there was some sort of bug infestation and little flies kept landing on me while I was getting my nails done. The employees actually acted annoyed that I complained

I went to Spa Nails three times. Each time I requested gel nails. On the first visit the beautician told me the powder in the small ceramic bowl on each counter was gel. So I trusted her, and had three successive treatments, each time the beautician filed down the previous treatment to add another layer. When I eventually went to another nail bar to have the same procedure, I found out that the application was in fact acrylic. My nails were damaged underneath, and until they grow out will be flaky and weak. I guess you get what you pay for.... If I were to go again I would get just a manicure

Having read quite a few negative reviews about Spa nails (there being two outlets, one on Old Street and one on Fortune Street), I was hesitant to try this nail salon. However, it being so close to my work and the price being good, I decided to try it out today. Contrary to these other reviews, the woman who did my nails did a good job. My nails are nicely shaped, cuticles are tidy (and not bleeding) and the polish was applied neatly. I walked in without an appointment and had my nails done straight away. This is not an expensive nail salon, however, and the customer service matches the price.

Terrible! While the prices are pretty good, I'd rather pay a few ££ more to not waste my time on some shoddy service. I called one afternoon to see if they had time to do a manicure the same day and they promptly gave me an appointment time for later that afternoon. I showed up right on time (probably a couple mins early in fact) and proceeded to wait for almost FIFTY MINUTES until they finally started on my manicure.

This gave me plenty of time to notice the dirty floors, smelly bathroom, and awful random paint (some nail polish, no doubt) on the walls and staircase. Not to mention the

This has long been rebranded as Spa Nails, rather than Cammy's, but no matter. Unless someone tells you about it, you won't have a clue that it's here. The staff are monumentally rude. They're also, for the most part, monumentally brilliant. Don't get your nails done by the blokes, who seem to run the place and are therefore less good with the nails. I don't live or work anywhere near here, but trekked up to get my UV nails done for as long as I had the patience to keep them. Affordable, effective, job done. This place is never less than 3/4 full, so do book in advance

Omigod! I wish I read the other review! This place is a total nightmare! Super unsanitary, they don't wash their pedicure instruments and they have 'house' flip flips they try to make you wear. The acrylic nails I got were thick and really ugly. Even more charmingly, when it was over I was told they don't take cards, necessitating a lengthy trek for an ATM. Stay away!!!!! Plan ahead and make an appointment somewhere reputable.

Ouch! This place seems really popular and quick but too quick in my case. I walked out with 4 bleeding cuticles and the polish started peeling off that night (I think because of the blue stingy stuff they used to clean up my poor nails) My friend was a little better off with only 2 cut cuticles and her polish lasted for weeks.

A word of advice... they are probably not all that bad during quite times, just never go at lunchtime when they rush. I am too scared to go back.
