As an artist with a large portfolio of artwork held in electronic form across various devices from tablets to high-end PC's etc, I demand that my IT estate is managed to a very high degree. Michael provided a great and very quick assistance to my computer problem. He explained the issue in a clear and detailed way, giving excellent advice on what to do to avoid the problem again in the future and generally make my computer even more reliable and safer. I used Michael from Prudent IT Solutions when I could not get Windows 10 to upgrade from Windows 7. It took a while - I just let Michael get on with it - but he succeeded without any problems. He also sorted out a big problem I had with my iPad software. So a very successful visit. And all for a very reasonable fixed price. I would recommend him.
