Services
In addition to our core business of injection mouding, we offer CNC Secondary Operations on moulded components for specialised requirements. Utilising a specialised CNC machine, gaskets, seals or deposits of any complexity can be applied to a base component. Glossbrook has the capability to perform any assembly operations that customers may require.
We can manufacture in any material including filled or unfilled polymers across a wide range of applications. The performance of the moulded component is defined by the material selection and with many years of expertise and technical knowledge we can advise on the best material for a given application.
Mould flow analysis ensures materials flow exactly the way we want resulting in reproducible parts, time after time. Our toolroom is capable of manufacturing high quality mould tools of any complexity. Highly skilled and experienced staff work closely with mould tool designers, and because our toolroom is run alongside our moulding operation, mould tools can be tested, trialled and approved immediately.
With many years of experience in producing quality components, we can offer design and technical input should your project require it. We can also recommend product designers based on previous experience. Alternatively, if you have your own designers or preferred product design company, we are happy to work with them to achieve the best possible outcome.
