I wouldn't even give the benefit of calling this place a 'Doctors'..
Appointments are always fully booked with no apparent cancellation list.
I have had to take my 3year old daughter in to the surgery when she has a chest infection as they denied any available appointments.. funny in the 3 minutes it took to get from my home to the doctors, they had an appointment!!!
Secondly, don't ask for medication.. they won't give it you anyway. I recently found out that when a doctor prescribes medication to a patient, the doctors surgery has to 'spend/lose' money, yet they get paid by the government for

Rudest receptionist, I've came across. If you want an appt you have to go to nhs 111 for them to give you an appt even for children under 5. You have to give them your new contact number, a load of times before they save it which means you miss out on your telephone consultant you wait all day for.
If you don't ring first thing yoy don't get an appt and the receptionist couldn't care less. Plus the GP favourite sentence is, ita viral it will go away after 10 days. Left my 1 year old with a chest infection for 30 days... avoid

This is probably the worst doctors surgery ever. No one at this surgery cares anymore about the well-being of patients. I attended at the surgery in May 2021 and was referred to the hospital on 14th May 2021. 3 months passed and I hadn’t heard from the hospital. I had called the surgery earlier and the rude receptionist said it had been done and that I should wait. Eventually in August I spoke to a different receptionist who said that my referral had been rejected by the hospital and no one had followed it up!! Seriously???? She then said that it had been rejected because someone had used a wrong

Absolute nightmare. Receptionists doing great as gate keepers. They condemn you if you haven't called before 8.45 telling you you should have called at 8.15. No empathy and don't give 2hoots. Can't even get a callback regarding something that's gone on for 4 weeks. Go into the surgery to speak to someone just after 9am. It's empty!!! What's that about?

I was calling to check to get an appointment to see if i can get antidepressant and after weeks of struggling to even contact the doctor in which i've been told that "i don't sound depressed at this moment so i'm fine and don't need them" even though i've had a suicide attempt around a month ago and i've had an initial assessment with let's talk wellbeing that clearly stated that i have severe depression amongst other things. But that's not the end of the problems i've had with this place. On one occasion i needed to go there (which is an hour away from the place i live in walking) around 6-7 times

I was expecting a call from my dr on an emergency matter she never called so I called back at dinner and was told she do work today? Why wasn’t I told this in the first place? Then I asked to speak to the manager and conveniently she’d gone home, so ask them to ask her to call me in the morning, the answer I got back I’ve got to call back, the receptionist are very ignorant so I called the law centre and they are taking it up with the NHS they said they’ve had several complaints about that surgery.
