Staff not really interested because we wanted advice and weren't buying anything. We got a parking ticket within 1 minute of entering and then couldn't get out because of door security. Strange how the traffic warden appeared as soon as the doors closed behind us 🤔. It was much better in the past when John and Andrew were there. Shame because we have used John Pass for the past 20 years without any issues or parking.
