Services
NTF Financial Solutions are an Insolvency Practice licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to provide insolvency solutions and are not authorised to give advice on and/or manage a Debt Management Plan.

A Debt Management Plan is an informal way of restructuring your debts so you pay a lower, but affordable payment every month over a longer period of time until you have paid everything you owe or until you can resume normal payments again. Some Debt Management Companies charge fees for this service, however, there are companies in the market who can provide this service for free.
An IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) is an agreement whereby you pay your creditors a set amount each month that you can afford after your income and living costs. On completing your arrangement the remaining balance of the debt is written off. It is most appropriate for those who have debts of more than 5,000 and cannot afford to meet repayments, are receiving missed payment charges and increasing debt due to added interest.
The first stage is the provision of initial advice. During this stage, we carry out an initial assessment of your financial position and provide advice on the options available, to assist you in finding a workable solution to your current financial difficulties. The next stage is assisting you in the preparation of your proposal.
You should first seek debt advice, and if a DRO is considered suitable, you will be referred to an approved intermediary*. They will check that your situation fulfills the criteria and will help you complete the online form, and submit it for you to a government official called the official receiver.
Bankruptcy is a formal court procedure which you can start or which one or more of your creditors owed at least 5,000 can start. Your assets (with certain exceptions) are sold to help pay your creditors. However, you can usually keep your personal belongings, the contents of your home and your tools of trade (which may include your car) unless they have a high value.

3 years completed, never had any issue other than the epidemic time when there was a delay to sort issues out, which was explained.
