Has to use H&M services on two occasions, the first being at the height of the pandemic when my parents boiler stopped working in the winter months. H&M were fantastic and came out the same day and fixed the boiler instantly. Then again yesterday, another issue with boiler and an engineer came out the same day and fixed the issue, no problem and at a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend highly enough for their promptness and professionalism. Thank you

If I could give no stars I would, I have been dealing with this company for a few years now, Got my Boiler serviced on 3rd March costing £55 and got a call a couple of days later from Kevin explaining that it needed some extra work carried out ie Baffles and Electrodes replaced costing £168 these would need replaced otherwise I would run the risk of Boiler breaking down, repair carried out 16th March, On Friday 26th March our Boiler broke down, I contacted Kevin to see if he could help with the repair but he told me he was doing a big boiler installation at the weekend and if he got free time

If I could give 0 I would. Rang to get an appointment to be told that they were flat out and they would try and give me a cancellation which is fair. Apparently i missed a cancellation because they phoned and i was unable to take the call so it went to someone else. No record of this on my phone but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Told them that i really needed it sorted and could i book them in as i really wanted to get something definite in the book. All they could give me was an appointment 3 weeks away which i made clear i definitely wanted and in the meantime if i could get a cancellation
