Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Left oil dripping but said it would be 8 days before he could get back to it. I said this was not right and confirmed his message that it would be Sunday before he fixed his fault. Got abusive text saying I could accept it or shut up and if I replied he would not fix it. I can share this text to show what he is like if it helps.
