The people are very friendly. And it's very easy to meet other players especially with the Social Tennis and the ladders. Thanks to the club I've trained to become a professional coach which gave me an income while continuing my studies.

West Middlesex Lawn Tennis Club was founded in Ealing, West London, in about 1910 and has witnessed many dramatic events. In 1981 the club faced steep rent rises and possible extinction, but on this occasion the local council was the saviour as it provided a grant to assist the club in coping with the increased expense.
West Middlesex Lawn Tennis Club, one of the friendliest clubs in West London, is ideally situated for people in Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Wembley, Acton, Greenford, Southall, Northolt, Brentford and Hayes. We welcome new members, from beginners to advanced club team players. Our membership is broad and you will easily find several players at your level.
We have a modern clubhouse with a viewing balcony overlooking all courts, a kitchenette, a bar serving soft drinks, and a spacious social area with tables, a big screen television and sofas. There is a large members' car park and a bicycle rack behind a gated entry. This makes it easy for members to access the club, through whichever means of transport they prefer.
West Middlesex is a very sociable club on and off court. There is a soft drinks bar open for social events. There are 3 quiz night suppers each year with questions set by one of the members, regular barbecues and social lunches. Each Bank Holiday there is an American Drive which is open to all players.
Members can contact John Currie, a member of West Middlesex LTC for 25 years, to get their rackets restrung and serviced. He is a fully qualified UK Racquet Stringers Association (UKRSA) certified Professional Stringer and US Racquet Stringers Association (USRSA) Master Racquet Technician with many years' experience, lives just a few minutes' walk from the club and racquets can be left in the club office or dropped off directly at his home.
