Had luggage issues with the airlines recently at the Edinburgh Airport. Giving us the major runaround...luggage there, not there, going to be delivered, lost...on and on. Friends went 3 days without their luggage, while they sat in a hotel room nearly 2 hours drive away. Our hotel highly recommended Allan , and I now see why.
