The car parks are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The car parks are secured with CCTV cameras, full fencing, automatic floodlights and 24 hour guard dog patrol. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE
Having used this service before I thought this company was reliable, but I was wrong. I made a booking for a weekend in August after carefully looking at the website to ensure it was open (there was no mention of any closure). After booking, the money was taken out of my account and I received a confirmation email and directions on how to get to the car park. When I got to the venue in which they had directed me to, I found the car park to be closed, the gate into the car park was locked and there was no sign of life in the place (no one around and no lights on

Utterly shambolic. Be prepared for a barrage of mouthy abuse from their drivers. Have used Flying Scot Edinburgh several times over the years. We will never again. There has been occasions with having long waiting times either on departure or arrival, but our latest experience with them was a disgrace. Bus turned up, but not enough seats. Driver advised another one would be along soon. 20 minutes later no bus. Phoned and they said bus was on it's way. By this time more people were waiting in the cold with kids. 30 minutes no bus, called again, told bus on it's way and would be a single decker for

My car been parked at the Flying Scot long stay in Edinburgh and on arriving day I was find my back bumper been damage.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reported to office before I left and form filled out.
They said take up to 2 weeks to check cctv and they get back to me.
Try calling and send emails with no reply. 3 months later I got email said they can't do anything.
DO NOT USE THE LONG STAY!!!!!
SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!
IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR ON STREET WILL BE SAFER.

#AVOID AT ALL COSTS#
Returned to Flying Scot Edinburgh Airport and I waited for an hour as they couldn’t find my keys then couldn’t find my car, woman at reception was stroppy and unhelpful, no explanation was given as to why I waited so long, 2 bus loads of people returned while I was waiting and all given their keys and left site within 10 minutes of getting off bus. I chose this site as it was cheapest, but guy I was travelling with used other parking company, only paid a couple of pounds more than me and was on his way home minutes after arriving at car park

Very disappointed customer service.
After a week away the last thing you want is problems with your car when you get back. However for myself this was the case.
The car park is located close to the airport but I did have other option with simular transfer time at the same price.
On collecting my car from Flying Scot it was VERY obvious I had a flat tyre on approaching my car. The service desk did provide me with a electric pump to resolve the problem, and this is the only reason I have awarded 2 stars. However when I asked how long it has been flat and has my vehicle been moved while it was

It’s so frustrating when big businesses just can’t get the basics right. I’ve used Flying Scot several times although will never use them again. I have an issue which I raised over a month ago. I’ve emailed eight times with no response, I’ve called four times and have been promised a call back each time only to never hear another word. I believe there is someone called Julie who works part time and is the only person able to deal with customer issues. Reading the other reviews it’s clear that this process is simply not working.

We were given this parking through Thomas Cook, We were a bit weary after looking at the reviews on Google.
Reception staff were friendly, bus driver was a good laugh, very close to the airport, prompt at collecting on returning from our holiday and not a mark on the car (which was sitting waiting on us). Would definitely recommend this company, please do not be put off by the reviews on google!

Great place to park. I have left my car here on numerous occasions and receive a great service. Recently there has been change in the staff in reception and now it is even more welcoming and the service is excellent. The car park is close to the airport and this allows us to get to there without any problems so we can begin our holiday right from the moment we leave our car. Highly recommended company to use.
