Services
Owner Jackie Childs spent many years as a children's wear buyer for major high street stores before becoming a ballet mum herself. Trained at The London College of Fashion, Jackie was able to make her daughter's first character skirt and soon realised that they were a hard to shop for item, so set about designing the first character skirt available from stock.
We will send parcels by Royal Mail or courier depending on weight of consignment. Delivery charges are based on quantity. Please norte that due to increased shipping costs we no longer offer free postage for EU orders over 200. Please note that there will be a customs charge for goods shipped to the EU and ROW.
Sometimes customers need a skirt in a larger waist measurement than is available from stock. It is an easy job for a dressmaker to alter one of our skirts and we are happy to send out (free of charge) a strip of fabric for a new waistband. Please email us at info@littleballerina.co.uk and we will be happy to include this with your order.
Only Little Ballerina offers such a wide range of sizes and colours in this style, available from stock. Our skirt is a full circle with delicate stitching around the hem using chiffon fabric that drapes and moves beautifully. The elegant, narrow waistband with adjustable button fastening carries The Royal Academy of Dance logo.
