Really helpful and patient staff. Knowledgeable. However, stock we wanted not available. Great for uniform items specific to schools. For regular items such as shirts, skirts, trousers, I advise you to shop in your local large superstore as they were a bit pricey. George and M&S would probably be better value 😉

Staff are nice and helpful but queuing times are a joke, its ridiculous that there's only one shop to buy certain uniform from, arrived at 9.15 not knowing they open at 10, there were 4 people in front of me, cant stand for long so sat in my car, went back at 9.45 and there's 15 people waiting.

This is a review for the online store only, we ordered 4 items online, only 1 item arrived in a really small package, when we called them up to explain this they did not believe us and said it was impossible for us to not have received all the items when they had no proof of this what so ever. So we did not receive the missing items nor a refund. They used a prepaid royal mail label with a 1 kg weight on it but the actual item we received was far less than 1 kg so we had no way of proving that all the items were not received. I advise anyone who is thinking of buying something from the online store
