Temps4Care is a wonderful company to work with, starting from the recruitment stage they give adequate support and trainings to make the job role easy. Been working since February 2018 and I can honestly say this agency is the best agency to be working with as you can choose when to work, if you agreed but can no longer do the shift then they will never put any pressure or question you rather they will pass on the shift to someone who's available, there's always opportunity to progress further, the pay is great as sometimes this increases depending on the urgency, the people at the agency are very loving since day 1, are always profession and responsive. If you want to be traded badly this is the perfect care agency company for you. They will expect you to work when you are unavailable. They dont pay for essential training that will keep you safe at work, they expect you to pay for your own training. They lack an understanding of equality and empathy. If or when you decide your unavailable to do a shift they will stop giving you shifts all together. Theres some particularly emotionally inbalanced employers in the company.

The team at Temps4Care are fantastic and have a very impressive turnaround. They always fill urgent appointments and they very rarely say that they can't fill a booking.
