We have 4 floodlit courts that are well-maintained and used all year round, and a well-equipped clubhouse with toilet and changing room. We have regular Club Nights twice weekly for adults, and one for juniors - and hold regular social events, team matches and club competitions. The Club offers a safe environment in the centre of Papworth in a rural location within easy access of surrounding villages and the A428, A14 and A1198 roads.
It also represents excellent value for money amongst neighbouring clubs, with junior memberships at just 40 and adult membership at 93. Services
Membership of Papworth Tennis Club entitles you to play for free during daylight hours throughout the year subject to court availability and at Club Nights (Mon and Weds). Themembership includes free access to floodlight throughout the year. An adult member may bring up to 3 guests on any one day, with each guest allowed a maximum of 4 visits per year.
Club nights are mix-in sessions where short matches are played (best of 5 games) before players being switched around to ensure as much mixing is achieved as possible. A member of the committee is in attendance and, as far as possible, will match groups to ability so players are neither bored nor intimidated!

Diane Cobb, who is a well established coach at the club has joined Over & In and continues to deliver our in-school outreach sessions, Tots courses and After School Clubs as well as a Tuesday morning session for adults. Diane has built up a great network and even better rapport with 7 local primary schools and one secondary school.
At Papworth, we host a number of annual tournaments and completion within the club as well as enter a wide range of teams in various league events. In addition, a number of OPEN events are being held at Papworth on a regular basis. These will be advertised separately under either the competitive tennis section or the news section.
