I was desperate to leave JE after paying £52,000 in commision a few years ago. I tried another app which wasn't great so did some thorough research and found App4 ticked all the boxes.
I bit the bullet and left JE one week after going live with App4. Of course takings dropped a lot but with the right promotion, the support received from App4 and their professional set up it didn't take long to build the business up again.
I'm now in a much better position than I was 3 years ago with JE, and going forward with all the other competitors I feel very confident with our set up that I wont need to

Cannot praise this company enough. The app and website are brilliant. The app is so easy to use from a customer point of view, the feedback has been excellent. The app back office is incredibly user friendly, I can log in and make changes to almost anything with immediate effect, whether changing prices, deals and offers or opening times. The support team at the contact centre are in another league to anything I have experienced before, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help and advise. Strongly recommend App 4.

We were delighted with the service we received from App4, our account manager Millie Butcher went above and beyond the call of duty. The numerous calls we made to her, at all times of the day, she ALWAYS answered and spoke to us in such a professional and VERY pleasant manner. I would highly recommend App4 to anyone thinking of having this service especially if the team are all like Millie.

I have been with app4 for almost a year now and I am really pleased. My app has generated me a lot of new business and reduced my staff costs. Throughout the whole process Nicola, my customer account manager has helped me customise the app to my needs, both in terms of function and from a design point of view. Their responsiveness has been excellent and I have had great feedback from my customers. The back office is very user friendly. I highly recommend App4.

What a phenomenal company, it's the best decision I've ever made to proceed with App4. Laura is incredible, she goes above and beyond to help me. No task is too small for her and the turn around is very quick. App4 should count themselves very lucky to have her working for them. I've never come across a company that offers such a great service than them. All resturant businesses need to sign up for App4, you'll thank me later. I had a strong idea to begin with of what i wanted and my account Manager Laura was there to help every step of the way. Her attention to detail ensured that the app was launched on time and exactly how we wanted it. if I ever need any amendments or changes she is always there to help. I cannot recommend App4 enough.

I have been working with App4 for around 2 years now and their service is always first class. They have developed and manage two websites and one app for my company. During these very stressful times for hospitality, they have helped drive more revenue and I have found myself asking for tweaks often late at night and always get a positive response.
