Services
We have had a lovely time. Thanks for being so welcoming and everything to such a high standard. Hope it won't be too long until we are back. We both were made to feel extremely welcome and had a superb stay with you. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent service and food. Thank you to everyone.
All premier rooms and suites, with the exception of the Lady Osborne suite, are located in the "original" Victorian Country House. The majority of the classic rooms are located in the contemporary Albert of Beatrice wings, some with sea views, most with garden/countryside or courtyard views.

All 30 rooms are fully en-suite, with colour TV including free-view, direct dial telephone, radio alarm clock, CD player, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.Complimentary internet access is available in the drawing room and at reception and wi-fi is available throughout most of the hotel.
Whether it is a corporate lunch, a special family celebration or a less formal occasion, The Cameron restaurant at Bourne Hall, provides a stylish setting to dine. The restaurant, named after the famous Victorian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, who lived on the island in the 1860's, has a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the Shanklin and Sandown Bay "framed" by the trees within the grounds, and onwards to Culver Downs on a clear day.
Located within the grounds of Bourne Hall, adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool, is the indoor leisure complex open daily from 8 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening for hotel residents, leisure members and their guests. Recently refurbished it features an indoor heated swimming pool (40 foot by 10 foot), a Jacuzzi, and a "far" infra red sauna.

Friendly helpful staff. I came in with soaking wet feet and one lovely lady went to find me some slippers. Room had a lovely view but a bit noisy from the room above. Would happily stay again.

Food is just gorgeous. Good hearty breakfast and a lovely varied evening menu. Shame the room is basic, but our view from the window is stunning.
