All premier rooms and suites, with the exception of the Lady Osborne suite, are located in the "original" Victorian Country House. The majority of the classic rooms are located in the contemporary Albert of Beatrice wings, some with sea views, most with garden/countryside or courtyard views.

Whether it is a corporate lunch, a special family celebration or a less formal occasion, The Cameron restaurant at Bourne Hall, provides a stylish setting to dine. The restaurant, named after the famous Victorian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, who lived on the island in the 1860's, has a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the Shanklin and Sandown Bay "framed" by the trees within the grounds, and onwards to Culver Downs on a clear day.
Located within the grounds of Bourne Hall, adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool, is the indoor leisure complex open daily from 8 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening for hotel residents, leisure members and their guests. Recently refurbished it features an indoor heated swimming pool (40 foot by 10 foot), a Jacuzzi, and a "far" infra red sauna.
