******** WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !! ***********
Just about everything. Pay (both basic and commission) are very poor, trainings are non-existent, management structure is based on favouritism rather than merit and support of workers, both in and out of the office, by management is discouraged. First of all, the problem of pay: Consultants at Templeton are woefully underpaid from the get-go. Presumably anyone reading this will be considering joining one of the teams in London, Frankfurt or Amsterdam. If getting by every month in these three expensive cities

When you tell people you work in a recruitment agency they ask you questions like how many hours overtime do you do to hit your target and how stressed you are.
Working at Templeton you are not forced to work overtime but people are happy to stay a bit longer if they want to and they get rewarded and appreciated for their hard work with fun incentives and a nice environment. Since I started working for Templeton I’ve never experienced the stress I used to have.
The people in the office are always up for a laugh or go out for after work drinks.

I have been working for Templeton and Partners for about 6 months now, and the moment I started at Templeton and Partners, I had the feeling that they delivered recruitment services differently to other companies I have worked at before. The reason why is because everyone is treated the same, regardless of position in the company, and you can feel the joy of each and every consultant from any one of the hubs, which is then echoed in the way we work with both candidates and clients. I believe Templeton and Partners has found a way to manage its team and deliver recruitment solutions, that works

The recruitment industry is known to be cut-throat and notorious for its high/rapid turnover of staff, but I have been working with Templeton for over 6 years now and still loving it having had the opportunity to work for their London, Shanghai and now Frankfurt office. It’s a close-knit company, comprised of young but experienced managers who are in turn supported by enthusiastic and budding recruitment consultants. Templeton are target-driven and expected to work hard, yet the company offers a fun and relaxed work environment where the managers lead from the front and you won’t be micro-managed

Integrity is the narrative for me at Templeton & Partners, it runs through it’s very veins. With honesty and transparency thrown in for good measure.
Nadeem the MD genuinely cares about people and their personal achievement. He mentors from the heart and is investing to provide the best foundation possible for talent to triumph.
It’s a fun, fast-paced environment with achingly cool offices (across all hubs too)!
As for the people? Honest, hard-working and fun.
And because the business and the MD demonstrably cares about the teams’ success, each returns the favour to their peers. Ultimately

Templeton is pushing the boundaries in IT contract recruitment, as we move into an extraordinary era of continual technology innovation and acceleration.
When Nadeem our CEO sought to unearth, and ultimately celebrate, the most innovative digital companies shaking up the worlds of finance, health, energy, media and security; he knew the collective companies we work with were an outstanding demonstration of national and international leadership in cutting edge digital technology.
Now, just four years on, our visionary founder Nadeem, and our international teams have continued to push the boundaries

I have worked Templeton for 3 years now (celebrated my anniversary only this week ).
I have had the unfortunate scenario of working in previous “typical” recruitment companies with the feeling of constantly looking over your shoulder, and management consistently kicking at your shins to try and squeeze more and more out of you.
The difference is that here you are encouraged to do more for your own benefit in a way that suits you, cliché but genuinely is an opportunity to mould your own career and grow at a pace that suits your development and experience.
It is rare to find a place where

The company is a highly decent place to work in. Starting top down: The MD creates a culture of support: as reflected by 3 of our 5 values – respect, transparency, and team work.
That means that on a day to day basis people are open with each other – even often across teams which is a reflection of the company being truly open rather you being siloed into 1 single area which may be risky.
All the managers are highly experienced and intelligent – most of them are highly supportive too -> that is part of their targets for future promotion so again evidence from a highly thought out top down

Templeton is a fun, fast-paced environment within a very cool Tech office with strong values running throughout the company. The perks that come with that are great – besides the free breakfast on a Monday, it also includes a games room (with Ping-pong, pool table and fussball table) – along with beer/cider on tap (after hours of course)
With the fool-proof structure, great management and training in place here at Templeton it’s a pleasure walking into the office knowing that the work you do in a day can literally change your life with the help and guidance to push you on.

Templeton and Partners is a 20 years old recruitment agency and I started to work here 2 years ago. If you want to start your career in IT recruitment, Templeton is the right place to do so. Nadeem, the managing director, usually gives one week intensive training to the new starters. If you are a junior consultant you will have guidance and (most of the time) an experienced and patient manager who will help you to reach your target. All the consultants have weekly training and the managers take part in events to ensure they are up to date with the new technologies. Every month they organize nights
