I bought a £10600 car from Phil mcquillan one of the owners of 365 and the very second it got delivered the air suspension pump was broken and there was a bumper cap missing.He replaced it with a cheap pump. I paid the garage myself for the bumper cap to be sprayed and the pump to be fitted and was promised the he would refund me.. I paid £17 plus £45 paint for bumper cap to be sprayed. And £80 for the cheap pump to be fitted. He has not paid me 2 months later. Ignoring my calls/txts

Never again.
We brought a car January 2019. Every month it has been back with a problem. We understand the risk of buying second hand but we did whatever research you could do when buying a second hand car; check the miles, research it's history, test drive, have detailed conversation with the seller and have it rechecked by the garage and MOT tested prior to driving off with it. I guess now instead of having a look under the hood they just stick a tool in and it says if it is Ok, which means, an experienced mechanic cant see if parts appear loose or old and have them fixed . So to be a respectable

If you're looking for guaranteed car finance credit that is actually guaranteed, these are the ones to use 👌
I tried loads of places all spouting the same quote, but that guarantee never came. Applied with these Thursday evening and drove my car away Tuesday afternoon 😊
My credit score is nowhere near the good mark and only offers I was getting was guarantor credit options from everywhere else.
From the off they never tried to sell me a guarantor loan and even found a nicer car than the one I was looking for within my budget range.

Although they did help push through a deal with finance company I was promised 1 year cover only got 6month so rang up when I received the letter and they knew nothing about it your best friend until they get paid. It’s was a mutual agreement between my self and the guy who sold me the car as I wasn’t going to take it it’s a cleaver tactic to not provide receipt so when I notice the first 6 month is over I don’t have a leg to stand on just feel cheated that’s all

After a bad experience buying a car a few years ago I was reluctant to go for another. I was passed for finance and drove away in my new car the very same day. Car was exactly as described and the staff were so friendly and happy to answer my tonne of questions. thank you Carcredit365 for making my experience this time a good one

Would never buy a car here again, after car I purchased had faults took the car back twice, always fobbed off! it took them 2 weeks waiting for them to apparently diagnose faults, the warranty didn’t cover everything had to buy parts off them for my partner who is a mechanic to fix himself or going to charge me 65 per hour labour charges. Got the car home after they fixed one problem the car then dropped oil all over drive, still waiting for missing engine cover after a month which is apparently in the post, must have ordered from China as still waiting. Not to be trusted
