Our main aim as HETAS registered installers is to provide a high quality and professional service. From the initial free survey and quotation through to installation and sign off, the same installer(s) will be with you every step of the way. We must conduct a home visit prior to carrying out any work to ensure that this installation pack meets your requirements. 10 Metres of liner will be suitable for most homes however longer liners are occasionally needed - this would be charged at 39 per additional metre required. This along with any other additional requirements would be highlighted at the point of the home visit.
From start to finish Paul has done a fantastic job and gave great advice on what was needed for the stove. Paul installed a 5kw multi-fuel appliance, smoke tested, register plate installed, new chimney pot and anti-downdraft cowl. He was on time, did the job correctly, explained what he is doing as he is doing so you know what is going on.

I don't usually bother writing reviews but when you have the guys from Northern Stoves install your wood burner, well its worth it. Absolutely 100% recommend this company. First class quality installation, reliable, trustworthy and a fantastic job. Very friendly and extremely well priced and very tidy !!First Class.

We have been very happy with the service we received from Paul who made an excellent job fitting our log burner and chimney liner. Easy to deal with and have no problem recommending him. The Log burner was supplied by George Street Loft in Glossop who were also excellent to deal with, providing practical advice and we are very happy with the model they and Paul recommended for us. It is a Dunsley Avance 500 which we have had lit almost every day for the last couple of months with no problems so far, the cat seems very pleased with it.

We were very happy with the work undertaken from start to finish. It was refreshing to find a local company who would quote, provide best advice and then undertake the job ... it’s worth noting whilst the result of the installation was excellent they were also very neat and tidy and cleaned as they worked ... would defiantly recommend.

Stay away - causes problems then no answer to phone calls
Came to do a chimney liner for us. Was unable to get pipe down the chimney due to chimney construction. We paid him as he requested £250 for his time and parts even though job was not done. We asked he put chimney back to what it was which he said he did. Later we find he had blocked off the chimney completely. Initially didn't admit it saying it was a faulty chimney, then multiple different excuses for why he blocked it instead. He agreed he will come to sort it. Then not answering calls. Rang from a different number and he is now point
