Family run swimming lessons with experienced teachers for all ages and abilities in Hatch End. The teenagers and adults who swim with us in our coaching sessions do so to improve their fitness and train for other sports. Interval training is a fantastic way to build cardiovascular fitness and keep healthy.
All of our lessons for children take place at Hatch End Swimming Pool on Friday afternoons from 4pm - 8pm. Designed for school aged children who can swim less than 10m, taught mainly with the teacher on poolside and a ratio of 1:8. A class designed to perfect the strokes and skills of those who can swim over 100m, with lengths classes at 6.30 and 7.00 for better swimmers.

The swimming pool just like last week was cold and not at a teaching temperature. My 3 year old boy was shivering and had to come out half way through his swimming lesson. The showers were also not working properly and were cold not ideal for anyone let alone a 3 year old! This is an ongoing issue sort it out hatch end swim pool, or hatch end swim school find yourself another teaching pool!
