Very bad response . They charge for passport and birth registration charge £500 and service is zero. Documentation wrong. Staff behave very rudely not answering properly. I had apply for my daughter passport, birth registration and visa service and bad experience. Ask for hand written evidence if they gaving any promises after payment they are answering properly. Don't trust on such kind of promise.
