Chris has been practicing immigration law since 2000 and spent his first six years working for a large London-based private immigration firm where he headed up their Skilled Migration Department.
In 2005 Chris decided to branch out on his own and create MediVisas after becoming unhappy with how standard immigration firms were treating their clients, wishing to create a more honest and transparent service for those going through the UK visa application process.Experienced in all facets of immigration law and visa types, his main focus and expertise rests predominantly within the employment-based and family-related immigration categories.

In most cases however, you can ask for an Administrative Review, if you feel that the Home Office caseworker has made a mistake in assessing your application or 'erred in law'. MediVisas can help. In the first instance we will need to see a copy of the original refusal letter so that we can ascertain the best course of action.
You can request a Consultation by telephone, online or in person. Consultations typically take around 30 minutes depending upon the complexity of your case. If you are currently resident outside the UK, we can only offer you an online consultation. If you wish to make the application yourself, but need it to be checked over by one of our experts before submittal, then this is the service for you.
This scheme is aimed at skilled workers from outside the European Economic Area who have a full time job offer from a UK employer. In order for an employer to be able to employ non-UK nationals, they will firstly need to apply for a Sponsorship License and add their company name to the UK Border Agency official Register of Sponsors.

Very unhappy with the unprofessional service.. They helped me to get my citizenship.. Ok, but the communication was quiet unprofessional.. But the most important thing is that all my original documents get lost..INCLUDING MY PASSPORT The homeoffice confirmed twice that they sent the documents to Chris but he said they he didn't receive it and is not willing to help me now.. Not even replies to my emails.. No communications.. Very unhappy.. Be careful with MediVisas😒

I dont understand or believe the negative review below. Ive been using Medivisas for 10 years plus on and off for various applications and they've been nothing but fantastic. Victoria and Beth work to really high standards 100% of the time. Ive had successful outcomes with every application through them and they've communicated brilliantly with me every time we've used them. Victoria is full of knowledge and wisdom. She's a fighter and doesn't give up. Ive used other companies too and these guys are by FAR the best! The applications Ive used them for include my HSMP, ILR, Citizenship, Student visa

My experience with this company is ruther vague. I would not advise anybody to use their services as they are not very professional, advising incorrectly on my case.
Victoria was nice at the time of initial discussion, however once we paid fees she became rude, abrupt and not very approachable. Further more she would avoid meetings and/or calls. Looks like she was not interested to move further with the case and advised us incorrect information at the time. Luckily after several months of back and forth useless communication I decided to withdraw our application from this company and went where

I have been in the UK (originally from the USA) for 3 years. I have been terribly ill. I came here to visit my partner, with permissions from my US doctors. It took them nearly a year to get me healthy enough to come for a visit. Once here, sadly, my situation worsened and I became too ill to fly. We hired Victoria on the recommendation of others… who have used her in the past with success. The Fees were so much better than other solicitors, and she and her partner worked very hard for us. The home office denied my visa at first, even with doctors letters saying I was far too ill. Victoria

Not suggested at all. Although my case was the most simple case, already UK residence with job offer, they couldn't manage to get sponsorship licence for the architectural company, and now I need to leave uk after 7 years. They did not provide nesseserly information and legal advice. Don't trust them as professionals in this field !

Using MediVisas changed my life with quick response from the Homeoffice although I had a complex case in the UK. Highly recommended! Do not expect magic from them if your case is not straight forward even if you think it is....The final decision is made by the Homeoffice based on each individual personal circumstances. As such my advice is; do your research and homework and prepare your supporting documents about your case in advance before getting them involved. No quick fix!!!

I want to thank Victoria, Chris and everyone at the MediVisas firm for all they did for my immigration case. I am a US citizen who has had a child here in the UK with my partner. It took more than 2 years fighting with Home Office to allow me an extended leave to remain here with my family. If not for Victoria and and her extensive knowledge of the laws in the UK as well as her desire to see a family not be torn apart I would have never won this battle. She and MediVisas are a talented firm. Me and my family thank you all!!
