Utterly unprofessional company! I signed up and was advised no upfront costs. Upon receiving my equipment, which is leased out by another company (which I was not informed of at point of sale) I was billed by the 3rd party company. I contacted Halo and they advised I should pay the invoice and they will refund the money. So on good faith I have paid the upfront costs on the basis of Halo will refund the money. I was advised to raise an invoice which I did in Dec 2020 and told payment terms are 30 days due the pandemic.

They start really nice, get you to sign a contract with lots of promises and then DON'T deliver. They promised to pay us out of the contract with our previous supplier, in the sum of £1,800.00. We paid this amount to get out of the contract in good faith with the promise from Halo to refund us within 30 days. We issued them an invoice in August 2021 for this amount and we still haven't received payment. We have spent hours every week on the phone chasing payment, but all we get are false promises and lies. The Directors will not talk to you and the staff that you

Excellent customer service!
Our system went down yesterday like all systems can do sometimes and Halo have kept us up to date through the hole process. Updates on social media are comforting as we knew what was going on through the whole day. The system is now back up and running and we have even received a call from the team to see how we are and how the system is. Couldn’t ask for a better connectivity system or team! Thank you again

I signed up with this company in June 2019. It is now January 2021 and I am still yet to receive my dedicated broadband. I have asked to be released from this contract which they are refusing to do but I am still having to pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Empty promises from day one.

Unfortunately, despite ongoing efforts since December, we've not been paid the early cancellation fee we were promised when signing with Halo Connect.
We are out £1,440 and our invoice remains unpaid and every promise of it being resolved is never followed through.
It took 5 attempts to even get the details for the invoice in the first place.
They support staff are lovely on the phone but then you get a ticket that automatically closes the second you respond to it.
Should have stayed with our previous provider. The "saving" we'd made has been lost just with the weeks spent chasing this matter

Cold calling people using Virgin Media's name and claiming to have done work for Virgin Media in order to try to sell you their services, then when pressed, they are no longer partners with Virgin Media.
When pressed for their ICO registration and Data Controllers name, they suddenly go very quiet and put the phone down, repeatedly.
So I Checked with Virgin Media and they havent been partners with Virgin for over 5 years, yet are still fraudulently using their name and claiming to to be calling regarding work recently carried out on behalf of Virgin Media!
If you have to cold call and piggy

Awful after sales service - AVOID this company! I originally signed up in September 2020 and the process seemed simple and a good deal as I was offered 3 months free service. The phone switch over went fairly smoothly but it took 2 months for them to downgrade my Virgin broadband. In fact, in the end after much chasing and being given the run around by Halo, I contacted Virgin myself and got it sorted with a 5 minute phone all. Halo wanted me to raise an invoice for the 3 months free service, any exit fees that Virgin may charge (they didn’t in the end as I wasn’t leaving just downgrading)

I wouldn’t know where to start but the latest is:
After raising a formal complaint, I have been advised by Samuel, the customer service manager, to raise an invoice, so Halo Connect could compensate me for the poor service received. Which business asks customers to raise invoices? Surely they will offer a refund or a credit on the account. I decided to go along and raise an invoice, this invoice was raised about 75 days ago and is now overdue.
I have contacted Samuel by email on various occasions, got promised thisy was going to be resolved by end of October but nothing

I received numerous calls from this company back in 2019, only because I was goggling to find a good supplier for VOIP phones. Eventually in November 2019 I decided to go with Halo connect and a sales rep called Lee Henderson who was very convincing on their product and services. Lee said that Halo connect will pay any termination fees with my existing supplier if I decide to join them and sign a 3 year contract. So I decide to terminate my contract with my current supplier and they charged me a penalty of £400 which Halo connect agreed to pay.
