The team will sort you out with the best seat for you and you car. A visit is well worth it for choosing a seat, surprisingly came away with a seat I had not considered online and some that I previously thought would be ok when compared were a much worse fit for me. GSM are cheaper than their rivals, and with the help I got in store and the large choice of seats available I actually spent less than I thought and the seat is an amazing fit. I have bought several seats from them and the service is highly recommended. Like everywhere check the stock though as every trader is struggling with supplies

Ordered a Schroth harness back in September and have been kept in the loop the entire time with updates on it shipping from the USA. When I enquired on if they had other colours in stock I received the full stocklist and could switch my order without any hassle. Turned up on their door, had a nice chat with the guys inside, had a try out of a few seats that matched my criteria and soon had a whole package together. He messaged me all the details for the seats, rails and fittings and had it all ordered quickly and efficiently. Great service. And they turned up much quicker than first quoted which was a bonus too.

I ordered a Cobra seat a few months back, I needed it pretty quickly, and although it does say to check stock before ordering, I took a chance. When I got an email to say that it would come from Cobra directly (with a few weeks of delay) due to production challenges with covid etc. I quickly emailed them back to see if I could change the order as I needed something ASAP. They was nice enough (and I was very lucky looking back on it!) to offer me one which was ex display from their showroom and reimburse me some of the difference. It arrived within a few days and it was like new. I was really pleased

I had a great time trying out all the seats in store, it was very valuable to ensure I bought the right fitting seat. The staff were more than happy to help me place my order and make sure it arrives quickly and efficiently. They also have fairly competitive prices, even against online bargains!
The only issues I had was with their returns system. Unfortunately my seat rails didn’t fit my car and when I went to return them they would not email me, they would tell me over the phone that ‘it would be sorted tonight’ on at least 3 different dates, and have said that they will not refund shipping

Worst company I’ve ever come across, very very rude, was accused of damaging the seats myself, they had clearly been cut with a blade ( I think someone reopened them to check or put parts in) And wouldn’t hear what I had to say. Quick to blame customer for product faults. Even when they have taken the seats back after PayPal had to step in.
they even saw the damage to the seats before I got my refund. Then persist to take me to court over there damage. Would never use again. TERRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE AVIOD
