Its important that everyone, whether they're staff or residents feel safe and comfortable in a Four Seasons' home. Find out more about how we ensure that everyone can live well together. Our Resident survey results 2021. The survey gives us vital feedback from our customers on how we are performing in all our homes.
Services
Our vision and values guide the words, actions and choices of our people; are demonstrated in the residents experience of the care we deliver and the environment we work in; and drive the performance and culture of our company. Our Values were established by our people through feedback from colleague surveys and conferences.
Our homes are more than just places of care and everyday living support. They're also thriving communities in which each person feels part of the life of the home. Listening to our residents is one of the most important things we do each day, so that we can truly get to know them. We always pay special attention to people's stories because places filled with stories and warmth are places that everyone is happy to call home.
Four Seasons is one of the largest providers of care for older people in the UK and offer a range of care services from residential care to nursing dementia care. Some of our homes also offer care for people with mental health needs, neurological conditions and rehabilitation. While each of our homes has its own unique character, all of them combine great care with a 'family' atmosphere based on kindness and respect for everyone.
From building relationships to using technology and understanding how living with dementia feels, we support residents to feel relaxed, secure and happy in their new home. When a person lives with dementia some things might change, but not everything has to. That's why, instead of focusing on the things a person can no longer do, we support them to continue to do the things that make them smile.
We offer a range of care for people living with dementia, including residential dementia care and nursing dementia care depending on an individual's needs. Whatever their care needs, personalised care plans are created for each individual which not only look at the care needs but also help us to get to know the person, their life stories and preferences so that they can truly feel at home.

4 Seasons are responsible for Grove House Birkenhead. They have chosen to ignore my review that I left and several emails that I sent them. Below is my review.
My family and I EXPERIENCED an awful time with social services for the last two years and our experience with Grove House has just added to it. You can read my review on The Stein Center, this is the Corporation that Grove House work together in the interests of the Council. Totally untrustworthy, bad management, very disorganised, no people skills, work with the local authorities before the family's, cannot control the residents from going
