Disgusting. Service
We ordered a £2300 mattress from Prestige Beds that was Damaged on arrival the delivery company advised us that they could not speak to Prestige Beds due to how early in the morning it was but they took many photos of the damage before removing it from their van as did I. After various emails and conversations with Dominic… and Richard I was assured of a full refund to date three weeks later no refund and they are now ignoring my emails.
Prestige Beds have admitted the mattress was scrapped due to the way the delivery company transported it standing up all bent

We ordered a bed on the 22nd June & were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks (it was written on the deposit receipt) We waited until 2 weeks ago when it was well out of the expected delivery time period & rang to see what was happening. We appreciate times are difficult . Twice we were told it would be in the next week when it wasn’t we were told it… was something to do with a duplicated order , then we were told it’s down to a shortage of drivers . We have also been told it’s in the warehouse , then it’s expected in the warehouse !?!? No one had contacted us at

Brilliant service today, guys. I rung up, explained my situation and got a bed supplied and delivered within 90mins.
The bed was excellent quality and price. The lads put the bed together and removed the packaging.

We bought a king size mattress from the Preston shop. Great advice from Lisa and we were allowed to browse at our own pace. Quick delivery and free disposal of our old mattress. 5 ⭐️

Excellent help and advice about beds with lift up storage. Very impressed. large selection of coverings and managed to get one to match existing headboard. Really impressed with the prices which were considerably lower lower than those offered by outlets on retail parks. Ordered base and mattress before leaving. Three other couples came into store while we were there, even though it was a Monday afternoon.

Always a gamble ordering online but my new bed was worth the gamble. It’s even nicer than the pictures and the mattress is so comfy. Fab service too, pleasant people to deal with and arrived quickly.

Awesome firm 5:5 can’t praise them enough. We were very badly let down by a major retailer (Bensons) after waiting 9 weeks for the delivery and 3 none deliveries . Ben and his team stepped in today Friday and delivered a fantastic bed on the same day! To the spec wanted. Take heed people, shop with the small independent retailers-they care-and keep their promises!!! Top man Ben!!

Ordered a bed and headboard in store on 6th July and was promised delivery would be in 3 weeks latest. Here we are almost 6 weeks down the line and no bed or delivery date. When I ring and ask they advise ‘it will be here on Monday’ for the past 3 weeks and they don’t turn up and don’t even bother to ring when not turned up. Very quick to take your… money but don’t deliver the goods. I feel like I have been conned out of £500 as we are two old pensions and they have taken advantage and just taken our money. Would not recommend, very poor service and bad

I bought my first bed from Prestige 20 years ago and my Grandfather did the same over 60 years ago. Unbeatable on prices and a proper family run firm. Can't recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

What a great service; cannot recommend this company enough.
Ordered a mattress on-line on Sunday, received a call within 5 minutes to advise they have it in stock and can deliver on Thursday. It's just been delivered by two guys who carried upstairs and removed all the packaging.
Top marks guys; great service, will definately be using you again.
