Even though my time with Investment Property Agency was brief, they are by far the best letting agent I have encountered. They were quick to act on issues and made my stay in Edinburgh a painless one. The service they provide is a highly professional one, where they look out for both the landlords and the tenants where they can. Finally, their staff are fantastic and always responded quickly to my requests! I would highly recommend them if looking for a flat in Edinburgh!

We had been with the estate agents for coming up to 5 years and cannot say a bad word about the company and the people, they have been faultless for those years.
I the first few days of renting of no fault of the agents a couple of appliances failed, this can happen anywhere, however within 24 hours the estate agents had replaced these appliances and it was on a weekend which was amazing.
I would like to convay my sincere gratitude to everyone at the company, especially Mike, for their professionalism in the years of being a tenent.

I have been renting with Investment Property Agency for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I have rented with various agencies in Edinburgh and can honestly say Investment provide the best customer service by a long way. They are very responsive to emails and repair requests and things are usually sorted out within a few days if not on the same day. IPA Advised us immensely when we were looking for a Buy to let property.
