Anne is so lovely! I have had a deep tissue massage and I feel like I was given a new body! Just what I needed, I can highly recommend Anne! The treatment environment is 100% COVID-19 safe as well so I felt very comfortable during the entire massage. The serenity holistic therapy website is very easy to use and book appointments too! Already looking forward to my next massage! 😊

I called Anne to see if she would be able to pierce our daughters ears. On arrival, Anne was fantastic with her, really helping her feel settled (as she was very nervous!). Anne's calm nature and ability to find different ways to settle her were perfectly suited. I could not recommend Anne enough in her manner with children whilst piercing, lovely environment and hygienic setting.

Anne is amazing! Having been to many different salons over the years for waxing, I can confidently tell you that Anne is by far the best anywhere ever!! You will not find a less painful waxing experience, and you will have total faith in Anne. Too often in other salons you have that sinking feeling of 'what have I done?!' as you lie sweating nervously while being covered in wax which is burning hot or wrongly applied...not here!
Anne is also lovely and would make you feel totally comfortable if you're a first timer or self conscious. She's so knowledgable about her products. Honestly cannot recommend

I always come to this amazing salon to get my eyelashes done by Shanie Hughes. She is so professional and always makes sure I leave with my eyelashes looking perfect!! Would never go anywhere else to get them done! Shanie also does my waxing and once again always makes sure it’s done perfectly! I live in London but always travel to serenity holistic therapies to get everything done. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Goes to great lengths to make sure this is your special time and adapts the atmosphere accordingly. I had a fabulous full body massage which was entirely and profoundly relaxing. I prefer not to chat much, which is exactly how Anne conducted the session. Even when we spoke, the dulcet tones of her voice were soporific.

After several back massages with Anne, I can safely say that I am a complete covert. Anne is friendly and welcoming; she is very sensitive to who I am as a person and tailors the massage to my physique - as a result I feel cared for by the service she provides. Anne's approach is totally holistic and she has enabled me to tackle the tension in my neck, shoulders and back, not only through having a regular massage, but also by recommending stretches that I can do at home. All in all, I can not reccomend Anne and Serenity Holistic Therapies enough!

I chose Anne's salon to take my daughter to when she asked to have her ears pierced. Anne made her feel completely at ease and the piercing was carried out quickly and professionally, advise on aftercare was given and Anne checked to make sure Bethany understood what she can and can't do while they are healing. Thoroughly recommended.
