Any Refunds for payment are to be requested from Linley & Simpson and not through Worldpay. If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it has been agreed by Linley & Simpson that a refund is due to you.

A friend recommended Lindley and Simpson (Wakefield branch)to me to use as my letting agent. It was the first time I was going to let my house out and I was nervous... Fiona talked me through the whole process listened to what I was looking for in a tenant and then worked her magic. She was very efficient at every stage. I had a number of tenants that she had selected to fit my criteria all within a week of contacting her. Holly also kept me updated through regular emails. I am very impressed with this estate agents and would highly recommend.
