Here at Onneley we pride ourselves on being a friendly club in a great location. The Golf course is open for play, but in the interests of all, players must book a tee-time. Members may do so on-line by following this link and may invite guests Monday-Saturday after 10:00, and Sunday afternoons, other than during reserved competition times.

One upcoming competition is the Seniors' Am-Am. If you want a fun day out with good golf and great catering - and maybe a prize too - mail us at seniors@onneleygolfclub.co.uk. A four-man team costs 90 and includes a hot sandwich before and a snack two-course meal to follow. VISITORS are now welcome again, Monday to Saturday from 12:00 onwards subject to the following conditions:.
Services
Onneley's fairways are mostly well-defined by avenues of trees, on one side at least - and often both. In addition, trees strategically located at the point of a dog-leg add considerably to the threat posed to wayward shots on several of the holes. The course is not long, but it can bite.

In addition, the order of holes around the course has been changed to improve speed of play, and the necessary updates to distance-measuring devices cannot be completed until the revised course measurements (completed but not yet validated) become authorised. This is likely to be done in June. We will announce here when each of the main suppliers have updated their systems.
In order to drive a buggy at Onneley, users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a full valid driving licence. Advance booking is recommended: please contact the Club Steward on 01782-750577. We also allow use of privately-owned buggies throughout the year, again subject to the safe-use provisions, by persons who hold appropriate public liability insurance.
Onneley GC is a friendly golf club and welcomes new members in all membership categories. By encouraging members to join us from other clubs and members who are new to the game, we aim to promote the tradition and history of Golf. Our aim is to grow our membership through participation especially among younger players and women, both those who may be new to the game and others returning after career/family breaks.
All golfers should play the game not only in accordance with the Rules of Golf but also with care for the welfare, safety and rights of others on the course. We have a number of detailed policies and procedures to ensure that members and visitors are clear about how your committee carries these into effect, and the part that you must play.
As part of its ongoing commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all at our club, the governing committee has recently approved a single policy bringing together various policies and procedures that it applies here. Also, for the first time the policy explicitly states how we are all are expected to carry out our responsibilities towards the club, its members, guests and visitors.

Very nice round of golf not played there for about 3 years it was a nice course before but with the lockdown they have made a number of changes to the holes which have made it even nicer , it's more expensive but I think it's worth it , the only downside and why we haven't played there for so long is where non members can't book until 24hrs before which I find a bit odd and awkward as because if you can't book here your not going to have time to find anywhere else to play , maybe something they should look at maybe change to atleast 3 days before ,overall very nice members and staff very pleasant

Been having lessons with the club pro - he is a great coach! Some of the lessons take place on the course; it's a lovely parkland course with a couple of water features.
Will be joining the club as soon as my lessons finish in a couple of weeks time.

First time playing there, beautiful course and in very good condition. The greens were surprisingly quick though, really enjoyed the round.
