No stars! Technically we didn’t actually use them. We tried. Again. And again. And again. If you can get them to answer the phone it will be a miracle. And if that miracle should happen and they actually answer the phone, don’t hold your breath waiting for the promised return call - it will never come. They are truly the worst company you’ll ever deal with. I’ve never had to deal with anyone so unprofessional, ever. Just save your phone bill, your blood pressure and your sanity and go elsewhere. Today is 2 August and we’ve been trying to sort out a problem with them since April. Good
