Whether it's a new project or you are thinking of moving existing production from elsewhere, we are happy to discuss your options. We are able to offer our clients processing of profiles and tube using our most up to date extrusion machinery. Extrusion Lines are able to produce custom profiles up to 150mm x 150mm to any desired length from simple to the more complex profiles in a wide range of polymers flexible or rigid including PVC.
We are able to assist our clients in the design and manufacture of bespoke packaging in a wide range of materials from printed cardboard to clamshell PET solutions to use as point of sale packaging of their products at very competitive prices. Assembly of products from simple two-piece components to more complicated assemblies to include internal electronics is no problem at all, any assembly requirement is welcomed.
