We are very happy with our tivoli fireplace from OER. The difference it has made to our living room is unbelievable . We went From an old gas fire with huge oak and marble surround that completely overwhelmed… the room to the sleek modern fireplace in the pictures . Our living room is bigger and lighter and the result is stunning. The fireplace is very well made and the company provides excellent service and installation. We are spoilt for choice what colour to have our fire at night.

This place is possibly the most professional and helpful establishment we have ever purchased from. The fire installed and the workmanship is absolutely incredible. John helped us to choose the right fireplace and allowed for custom deviations in size at no extra cost. Also, he sent us colour samples to match the rest of the room.
The communication and service both before and after we ordered is superb and the design and quality of the fireplace puts a smile on our face, even a month after we had it installed.
