Toddlers Inn Nursery School
Our History - As the nursery grew, we moved to larger premises on Finchley Road NW3. Our reputation continued to grow and with demand for more places, we moved to the wonderful location of St John's Wood NW8 where we have been since 1981. Toddlers Inn is very much a family business and I as current Principal, having taken over leadership of the nursery in 1992.

Our focus has always been to ensure that every child that attends the nursery has the opportunity to explore their potential in a safe and nurturing environment. We are proud that many a parent has credited their child's head start in education to their time at Toddler's Inn. Above all, parents value the caring, happy and open place that is Toddlers Inn.
Services
Our teaching team are enormously important to us and we are particularly proud that the staff have been with us for many years. It's a measure of quality that is hard to achieve and one we'll work hard to maintain. All our team are dedicated, caring professionals who we have chosen not only for their knowledge, skills, and experience but in particular for their caring and considerate nature.
As part of our curriculum Toddlers Inn offers specialist subjects to further support developing children's independence and confidence as part of our weekly timetable. We work with 5 specialist teachers to ensure the curriculum is enjoyable and stimulating for our children, guaranteeing that there is something for every child to enjoy.
We feel we have become a big part of the community, with our children often visiting the local park at the end of our road, our close link with St Johns Wood Library and local businesses contributing to our fundraising efforts over the years. In designing the environment at Toddlers Inn we have taken the time to think about the experiences that the children will have access to and the potential in all these areas.
As is shown below, our classes are organised in a strict order of age to ensure that each of our children receive specific teaching for their ages and stages, also enabling them to participate in play at the same age level as their peers. Extended Experiences - Part of our Holistic Approach is in offering additional experiences to all our Children and we term these as 'extended experience activities'.
All schools and Ofsted-registered early years providers must follow the EYFS, including childminders, preschools, nurseries and school reception classes. The EYFS framework supports an integrated approach to early learning and care. It gives all professionals a set of common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences to all children.

I used to leave my daughter from her 2 to 3 years old and love this school. Friendly and kind teachers, healthy snacks and good cares for children, and good education experience that withdraws children's interest in various themes were given.
