I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Foggs and the operatives that attended site to carry our the 3 day process of DPM and renovation screeding to the ground floor of the building. The works were carried out exactly as agreed in terms of the programme which subsequently allowed all trades to be back working on the ground floor on the Monday.

4 years ago Foggs Floors fitted a screed in our farmhouse near Macclesfield. This year we decided to change the floor tiles. As there is underfloor heating pipework under the screed we got a specialist tiler in. I worked with him. When he carefully lifted the first tile the screed was cracked all the way around the tile. The tiler said: "I have never seen that before". As we lifted each tile the screed was cracked all around each tile.
When the tiles were initially laid we waited two months after the screed was put in, before getting a tiler in, as recommended. So, there were cracks all over the
