Pembroke Will Writers
With many years of experience, you can rest assured you are in the right hands when it comes to planning for the future. Give our Kent-based will writers a call to make the arrangements you need. The government has launched a consultation into the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) system, which has been criticised for being slow and hard to use.

The current process is largely paper based, involving the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) processing LPAs amounting to 19 million pieces of paper in 2019/20. The consultation is. When someone dies, you may need to contact the Probate Registry. We take a look at the office and the role it plays in estate administration.
Services
Pembroke Will Writers was formed in 2000 by Rob and Gill Phipps. Since then, our son Gareth has joined the company having earned his stripes in the banking industry. At the very heart of our family business is a commitment to delivering a professional service your family can trust. To treating you the way we like to be treated.
Many people will not consider writing a Will, either because it never occurs to them or because they feel it tempts fate. But, writing a Will is not just sensible, it is also one of the most important things you can do. However, a poorly drafted Will risks causing stress and hassle for your loved ones.
It can be tempting to avoid thinking about your funeral, especially as you won't have to deal with it. But, the burden of arranging a funeral can be heavy; particularly for someone who is already grieving your loss. Consequently, funeral planning is not something to put off until it is too late. At Pembroke Will Writers, we protect you and your loved ones - both from stress and the rising costs of that final goodbye.
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) lets you appoint the people you trust to look after your affairs if you become unable to do so yourself. Not only does this prevent a stranger, or someone you do not want from having this power, but it also makes it easier for your loved ones to care for you should they need to.
While you might want to leave property to people you love, things are not always as straightforward as you would hope. When two (or more) people purchase property or land in England and Wales, the way in which it is owned and registered could affect what happens to it after you die. Worryingly, if you don't put the proper provisions in place, this could prevent your property going to your intended beneficiary.

Very professional family run business. I have arranged two Wills through them, one at home and other by telephone. I have also made a funeral plan with their advice and guidance. Easy to talk to and very helpful making the whole process as easy possible. Excellent price for Will making. I would recommend Pembroke Will Writers so give them a try, you can’t afford not to.
