The ever popular hog roast with the addition of a dressed salad and home-made coleslaw, perfect for parties, corporate events and BBQ's. An exciting twist on the traditional classic, Perfect for anniversaries, parties and entertaining. Something special-A little more than your traditional hog roast - served on to real crockery and quality cutlery.
Handmade Individual Cheese Cakes, With a Light Delightful Creamy Cheese Filling Set on a Crunchy Biscuit Crumb Base. A Hog Roast Northern Ireland chef, catering assistants and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately six hours previous to your chosen serve time. All dishes to be prepared fresh on site while your chosen meat is cooking.
A selection of anti pasti platters while your guests mingle followed by a relaxed dining experience. The complete relaxed dining experience starter main and desert relaxed informal but exquisite. Canapes and reception drink, main course buffet style, your wedding cake dressed and served to the table followed by drinks for the toast and speeches.
A Collection of Strawberries with a Melee' of Passion Fruit and Mascarpone on a Fluffy Meringue Base. Butter Pastry Filled with Zesty Lemon Custard Garnished with Fresh Raspberries and a Fresh Fruit Coulis. My son had recently tried a Hog Roast at one of his friends parties and so when his birthday came around it was the first thing he asked for! As I'd never hired a Hog Roast caterer before I was a bit wary but Hog Roast Northern Ireland assured they would handle it all! And so they did, they came early to prepare and cook and left quietly with nothing for me to clean up after! I would highly recommend!

I must have eaten my body weight in canapes last week….my God were they amazing. So simple yet so effective… I’m so pleased we put them on the menu. Not to mention the two waitresses; they were so polite and welcoming, we even asked if they wanted to join the party after serving!
The hog roast and salads too…unbelievable. The meat was falling off the bone. Even the roast potatoes were cooked to perfection. I genuinely couldn’t fault anything; We are over the moon.
Highly recommend.
